Is Thai Massage Right for Me?
Everone can benefit from Thai massage. It relieves pain and muscle tension, increases flexibility and enhances the body's ability to eliminate toxins, Invigorates the nervous system and facilitates relaxation.
What is Thai Massage?
Thai Masssage is done on a padded mat on the floor. No oils are used and you remain fully dressed. Each massage is a fluid dance of gentle stretching, acupressure on the body's energy lines, muscle compression and assisted yoga postures.
Do you have hot yoga?
No. Yogacafe is a home-based studio and we do not have the facilities for hot yoga
What should I wear?
For both yoga class and Thai Massage, you should dress comfortably in clothes that allow you to forget what you're wearing and focus on what your body is experiencing.
What happens if I miss a class?
You are welcome to do a make up class within the same session in any other class where space allows.
What do I need to bring to class?
You are welcome to bring your own mat and water but Yogacafe has all props and mats for your use.
I've got arthritis. Can I do yoga?
The Gentle Class would be perfect for you.
I'm not very flexible, can I do yoga? Thinking you're not flexible enough to do yoga is like being too dirty to have a shower. Yoga helps promote flexibility. You have to startfrom wherever you are.
