Classes for the Spring Session are filling up fast.  If you would like to join us, don't delay, register today

*All classes will offer options for varying abilities and needs. The "gentle" classes are a little slower and allow new yogis to learn and more experienced yogis to explore their bodies a little more deeply. 
*Classes may be added as the need arises
*There may be times that I need to cancel a class.  When this happens, you will be notified and reimbursed or have the option of joining another class the same week.  Changes will be posted via
Facebook, website and email.
